Returns & Exchanges
We offer a 14 day return policy for a full refund on all full-priced items, to complete a return please follow the below steps.
1. Email info@aexae.com to request a return.
2. BONEITE offers one prepaid shipping label per order that will be deducted from your refund. Please download this label once received via email.
3. Please ensure the following criteria is met to be eligible for a return: the garment is in its original packaging, with swing-tag attached. The garment is in perfect condition - it may not be worn, washed or damaged. You have the receipt or proof of purchase. You have obtained a prepaid shipping label via BONEITE customer care.
4. To schedule a collection please call your local DHL office and quote them your AWB listed on the prepaid returns label.
5. BONEITE reserves the right to reject any items for exchange or store credit return that do not meet the above requirements. If your return is not received within 14 days from delivery the items will no longer be eligible for a return. If your exchange or return is rejected, you will be notified by email.
6. Once your return is received, inspected and approved, we will exchange or issue a refund for the order less the duties and taxes paid via your original payment method. You will receive an email confirming when the refund has been processed.
